Short Breaks and Weekends

The price for a weekend or short break of up to 4 days is 70% of the weekly price.

Other Conditions

Colislinn sleeps 12 comfortably, but it is possible to accommodate more people. There is acharge of £50 for each additional person.

During June, July and August the minimum rental is 7 days.

There are no discounted rates available for Christmas and/or the New Year. Depending on what day Christmas falls and/or the availability of cleaners, the rental period may be only 6 days.

Damage/breakage deposit of £300 per week, payable with the balance of rent and returned as appropriate shortly after departure.

Well-behaved pets are very welcome.

Regrettably Colislinn is not suitable for stag, hen and student parties.

Colislinn is usually let from Saturday to Saturday, but if it’s possible we can be flexible on this, so do ask if another day would suit you better.

We’re also very happy to consider a holiday house swap!

Additional Costs

The cost of electricity and oil is NOT included in the price and will be charged at cost, currently 08/01/2013) at respectively 17p per KWh and 69p per litre. These are measured by a meter. Large bags of firewood are £3.50 each. We reserve the right to vary these prices without previous notice.
